Jannie P
JannieP started her musical career singing in the school choir and having piano lessons, and she’s most recently been in a successful acoustic duo with Lee. She works with doggies and horses and is Kind of a Big Deal in equestrian circles.
She’s got the voice of an angel and we don’t call her the Queen of the Ballad for nothing, she’s equally happy belting out some classic pop and rock, and can also sing light classical. She loves harmonising with Lisa and Matty, when she’s not singing over Lee’s solos 😊

Lee
Lee started his career as a guitar hero, (on Lisa’s guitars!) when he was in his early teens and graduated to a number of rock/metal bands (including the legendary Bruise Brothers with Stevie J).
He’s been in successful function bands for over 20 years and is our resident fretboard genius, able to pop out anything from classical, to show tunes, to the heaviest of heavy rock and the lightest of sugary pop.
Lee is the reason we only need one guitarist – and will also pull out a mandolin, balalaika or banjo at the slightest provocation…. 😊
Matt
Matty started playing guitar when he was 15 and played lead guitar in a number of rock and metal bands before taking a slight left turn to become a sound engineer and producer.
He now has a beautiful commercial studio where he records, produces, and writes music for a wide range of artists, and where the band practice. He’s the other reason we can do such fantastic arrangements with just 2 instrumentalists – he’s the king of the bass fretboard and plays like a cross between Bootsy Collins and a Tasmanian devil.

Stevie J
Stevie J started out playing drums in her parents’ garage, playing along to pop punk classics by Blink 182 and Sum 41 before she graduated to 10 years with Lee in the legendary Bruise Brothers – gothic rockabilly at its very finest…
In her day jobs, she’s either fixing people, or kicking them in the head, because she’s an NHS physio and a champion kickboxer!
In the band though, she mainly sticks to bashing the drums 😊 She wields them like Animal from the Muppets (not even joking…), and tries to keep us all in line.
Lisa
Lisa started out playing the violin at school, where she spent a few years bringing home increasingly large instruments (viola, cello and so on), before picking up guitar when she reached 16.
Sadly, she didn’t pick it up for long, as Lee nicked it and become a flippin’ guitar hero 😊 She sang and/or played guitar in a number of rock and blues bands before joining another successful function band back in the early 2000s.
She’s got a flexible voice, equally at home with singing jazz, rock/pop, or light classical, and also loves singing harmonies, with Jannie P and Matty.
